Domino Dave, Part 1. A Short Story by W. F. Mick

Dave Domino was a young inner city school kid from D.C. with issues. Both of his parents were heavily abusive to him. His Father was a crazed heroin user who had trouble discerning reality, and would shout obscenities at his son, and rant about how much Dave was a failure on the world already, at fifteen. His Mother was a pill popping alcoholic who was likely to snap at any second, at any time, and would come bolting into Dave\'s grubby little room, wielding a high heeled shoe or holding some other projectile. She would then proceed to beat him until he passed out, for no apparent reason at all.
